fear of god konserven 7 ep

scream! growel! blast beat! that perfectly describes this slab of swiss grindcore. it's really evil. this was originally a demo. it is amazing. wonder if erich will ever post that blood munster demo. just keep up the pressure. you can get it at good bad music. erich has a great voice. this was recorded in a shed from what i've heard. it really rocks.

the underground and subculture+erich is god rant

what is the underground? i'm not saying this to sound smart i'm actually asking a question. what the fuck does underground mean? does it just mean not known or what. what makes a band an underground band? i really don't know. but i know all this time i thought i was underground and different. am i? good question. well as we all know punk and metal have actually been embraced by the mainstream. ok punk was always kind of mainstream but now hardcore? what the fuck would the borring masses find in hardcore punk that they would like?! maybe erich from the now famous good bad music was right. maybe subculture doesn't exist any more. so where does that leave me? the problem with this is it's really hard to be taken seriously by the old punks. i can totaly understand that. i'm young and i wasn't around in the 80s. but now it's hard to take other young people seriously. i try too but it's so hard. yes i've found a few good people but most of the minor threat listenin black flag shirt warin fuckheads turn out to just be following another trend. let's face it. black flag or the misfits popularity grew so much after they broke up. same goes for gg allin. how i would love to have the days where you could walk down the street with a misfits shirt on and noone would know who that band was. then there are the bands like urban waste or fear of god who noone knows or will ever know. i love those bands. you know who garden weasel is? no? good. but what i'm trying to say is punk has been excepted. it's mainstream. where's a building and how can i get on top of it. it gets that depressing to see creative bands selling their soal for fame. same goes for grindcore. i thought grindcore would never be mainstream. i was wrong. no matter what you creat you will always find it has been dumbed down and sold back as just another fucking fad. it's sickinning. nothing i can do really. i can't take on the industry all by myself. depressing. oh well there are still some new hardcore bands that aren't bad. sloppy as hell but not bad. oh well nothing to do but keep on living i guess.

hirax demo

a little something for you metalheads. before hirax were an ass kicking thrash metal band they put out this demo. very much sounding like an nwobhm band. and the voice! may i say best metal vocalest ever? i'm sure i'm gonna get beaten for that but hey who gives a fuck right? find it at good bad music because i tolt you to punk! all you punkers just give metal a chance. do it! eric from d.r.i later played with these guys. you may know eric as the brother of the singer from dri and the insane drummer on the first ep. he was also in death another great metal band. all four tracks on hear are fucking great. enjoy it.

anal cunt 47 song demo

because zach had the piss and shit 7 hears my response. i would have also done the expose yourself to kids single by gg allin but thought this was better. anal cunt started out as a noisecore band. no lyrics no written music no nothing. 47 songs of noise. if anyone has the 110 song cd (you can probly get it from the web) that was put out as a show only cd i would love to have it. i love noise. but now if you type in grindcore all you get is cybergrind. fuuuuuuuuuuuuck that shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway get it on the early years two cd reissue. oh and seth played with the mighty fear of god live once. that would be awesome to see. enjoy

napalm death scum lp

another of these bands that i've heard a lot about but never really heard until a few months ago. one of the first grindcore albums and one of the best. the first side was recorded in 1986 and second side features a new lineup except for the drummer and was recorded in 1987. i heard the bullshit detecter track and what a differents. they started as another anarchopunk band from england and went faster and faster. in the 90s they went kind of death metalish but i like that stuff too. my favorite on this album is you suffer a one second track. not so fun fact. the second side of this 28 song album features downtuned guitars. anyway buy this now.

human waste var finns alla polarna 7

human waste are a crust band from sweden. but not on this they're not. a wierd acoustic balad for you. the song is in swedish so i don't know what they're saying but what a great song. i've never hear anything elce by this band. this was limmeted to 100 hand numbered coppys. it's a one sided 7 with only one song on it. get it from http://www.madblastsofchaos.blogspot.com. enjoy.

grimmace demo

i should just go back to sleep. but fuck you i'm gonna keep updating. so it's the blast beat's birthday. happy birth day little blast beat. btw does anyone know where i can find good rips of metal demos and grindcore tapes without using mediafire or rapidshare% if i got an answer then thank you. anyway on to the music. this is grimace. what can i say? good thrash metal. the album is a little less metal but still good. chuck sounds like dave mustaine from megadeth if mustaine wasn't a winy christion with a bad voice. but chuck's voice is something elce. if you know where to find quagmire in .mp3 format please tell me. i found it on mustard relics along with this tape but all but one of the files are in .wma format. thanks. oh and my blog now appears on google if you type in political trendy. i'm moving up. for my 100th post it's either crass feedding of the 500 or.something elce. anyway enjoy this tape.

asocial demo

i found this on some wierd comp bootleg over at erich's site. this was a split demo but i just took the asocial tracks and split. the comp also has mob 47. this was later reissued with 14 songs but i can only find 12. so.yeah. great demo though.fast swedish hardcore. enjoy.

poison idea pick your king ep

ok sorry zach i just have to review this. what a monster this is. 13 tracks on a little 7. amazing! when i saw this on kbd records i just have to get it. if you want pressing info head over to hardcorepunkreviews.blogspot.com. anyway raw brutal hardcore. for me this is in the top three hardcore recordings of all time along with the urban waste ep and the d.r.i dirty rottin ep. basicly this is a monster and if you don't have it hit yourself over the head. fucking awesome. every song is amazing but for some reason cult band and i hate reggae (god i do) are the stanout tracks. get it from kbd records and love it as much as i do.

skrewdriver all skrewed up lp

you want to know how great i am? no? okay cause i'm not tellin ya. anyway zach gave me the idea for this. skrewdrivers first lp before the nazi bullshit. and what a great lp! it's at 45 rpm so i don't know if it's an lp or a minny lp but it doesn't matter. the lyrics on hear aren't the smartest. they weren't crass after all. but i can kind of relate to some of the lyrics. and check out the punk ranting on antisocial. classic stuff. you can find this at good bad music and read through the comments. it's pretty awesome. i don't have any problem listening to burzum (black metal band with extremely right wing views) for two reasons. first of all you can't tell what the guy is saying and also from what i've gathered the lyrics aren't racest. keep your opinions to yourself if you're a nazi douchbag and i won't mind getting your shit. it's dicks like later skrewdrive that i can't stand. white power my ass! yes i am white but i hate those guys. if i was a racest/homophobe i would have been beaten to death by the people who are my friends. anyway this is a great album. check this shit out cause i told you too. oh and a note about rebell truth. you can find the ep at gbm. didn't know that. enjoy the skrewdriver lp.

marching plague Rock N' Roll Asshole 7

hear's a band that i didn't know existed until a while ago. is this one of those records that time forgot? or is this one of those records nobody gives a flying fuck about. anyway if you want this go to hardcorepunkreviews.blogspot.com and get it. great ep from an unknown band. and check out the other shit that guy has reviewed and wish you had the money to buz everything hardcore related. i'm betting it's out of print. oh and did anyone see that the stress ep by one man running is at the end of some reissue by some band who's name i can't think of. i'm thinking about getting it just for the omr tracks. just google one man running stress reissue. that's all for now.

decry falling lp

alright time for some decry. this came from california the same state where i am trapped in i mean living in. i also have the first 7 and this is a little different. still great hc though. even the five minute song. last time i checked this was out of print. get it at last days of man on earth. i will review the first 7 soon.

corpse candy edible people ep.

get it? ep? corpse candy are a horror metal band who i've met and are really cool guys. they said they would record with me in a studio that someone said i could use. free studio time! even though i don't see those guys (two graduated) i have a conection with the band. check the ep out on itunes. it's some good shit. i mean it's really good shit. and if you are in the band or are that conection i would like to say hello. anyway yeah check it out.

raped teenagers promo flexi

you want to know how much i love you guys? i'm supposed to be studying for a test instead i'm doing this. you're wellcom. so when i first got into mustard relics i was looking around and i saw this. i flipped out. when i listened to it it took me a while to get into it but fuck i love it. a bit different than the one on gbm this one has some more experamental sound and more violen. but it is amazing. if you have the rt album please send me mp3 files. i don't have any money for ebay right now and would give my left nut for this album. peter is an amazing drummer and the rest of the band is tight as fuck. find it on mustard relics. it is really amazing. oh and if you speak swedish send me the lyrics so i can know what they're singing about. bye for now.

siege drop dead 7 bootleg

it's raining right now and i'm very cold. where's the heater? actually it doesn't come into the back of the house so i have to go in the front with the rest of those people. and school sucks. not because the work is too hard because i don't talk to a lot of people but when i do i have this wierd humor thing that comes out. i'm actually pretty chilled back and will make jokes at life to keep myself sane. i'm pretty likable but some people try and talk to me and i have no fucking desire to talk to them. they're kind of the trendy rap croud. so i just say hi and walk away. i'm trying to find people who like some of the same music and ultamently start a band. it's pretty hard but i think i have something ready. anyway onto the music. siege. fucking siege. thrashcore/proto grindcore at it's best. this was originally released in 1984 as a demo and erich keller of good bad music and fear of god put out a bootleg ep on his labal off the disc records in 1989. what a killer record. the last track is a little long but give it a listen or two. it grows on you man. a little later seth from anal cunt joined as the lead vocalest in a reunited siege. i've never heard his tracks and would like too. no bullshit with this band they touch on some very important and interesting subjects such as conformity starvation and shit like that. get it from good bad music and love it.

vi gruer oss kjell magne bondesvik 7 ep

another norway post. i have one more punk record from norway then it's time to break out the black metal. this ep so so powerfull. so fast the singer is manic and the mix! holy fuck! get this at mad blasts of chaos and hope that guy will come back. he's probly busy and i understand that. oh well. get it and love it.

chaotic dischord fuck religion, fuck politics, fuck the lot of you!

my last day of freedom and so i figured i'd go out with a bang by telling you how i feel about you scumbags. haha not really. i got this from mustard relics. apparently it was an old tape dub. i can't believe what a great sound it was. this band was a joke by some members of vice squad as a way to make fun of the stupid second wave brittish punk bands on the riot city labal. they said it not me. anyway this maybe a joke but i love it. great english drunk punk. these guys were on the other end from crass (i love crass) and those anarcho-punk bands. so go to mustard relics and get it. and start a circle pit with me!

pass out kings s/t cd

yeah i'm back. this is hardcore. it sounds like old hc but it's new. it actually sounds pretty good. it's from oragon and kicks major ass. this has never left the top of my playlist. i can't think of a favorite right now. find it at mustard relics and pleash check out what that guy has. i prommass you'll like some things and you probly not like some things. that's a given though. check it the fuck out.

girlschool emergency,/furniture Fire 7

the second single from the english all girl metal band girlschool. a bit different from the first one this is mre speed metalish than the first one and reminds me of motorhead a lot. some people say girlschool were designed to be a female motorhead. i don't know and i really don't care. both sides on this slab (why do they call it wax? it's not wax it's vinal!) are really good. rip kelly she was a great guitarest. actually everyone in this band is great. where can you find it? at good bad music you dumby! get out! now! i have another review i crank out right now. it's hardcore so you might like it.

girlschool take it all away/it could be better 7

this is about the time i get up for school. just the right time for girlschool if you ask me. if you don't know girlschool are and all girl metal band from the uk. this the the first 7 by the band and it's a little different from the second which i also will post. find both 7s at good bad music. and for you hardcor dudes give metal a chance man. i love these punks saying how much they hate metal. hahaha! i can't wait for one of my mp3 blogs i follow to post some metal. please if you like metal and are reading this please oh please post some. and if you are a band and want to get reviewed hear it's ellindamood@gmail.com. actually you'd have to pretty badass to beat zach's band. so send me mp3s of your stuff and i'll tell you what i think. and i will write you back. and it's almost time for the big 100. ok it's not but i'm planning something really special. actually i got nothi. any ideas anyone? anyway girlschool rock and so do free demos. yeah yeah i'm a greedy cunt. so what? and blogs rule too! so go listen to this two song 7 and tell me what you think. even if you hate it. or if you just want to spam me. do it and see if your comment makes it through. i'll reject it faster than the masses reject orijinal thought. that's all for now.

asbestos death dejection 7

this band became sleep a stoner metal band who released an ep off the disk records. if anyone has the other 7 send me the tracks. this 7 is a slow metal hardcore thing. get it at mustard relics. this 7 is great! i thought it was gonna be grindcore and was kind of disapointed for a second. sleep is good too and i guess they put out an album on earache records. get the 7 at mustard relics and tell justin how badass his site is.

barn av regnbuen det e'kje nakka artig laenger 7 ep

thank you coppy and paste because i have no idea how to spell the title of that post. anyway school has been a drag for me resulting in a number of short posts. sorry about that. i just kinda had to get it done. anyway erich of the legendary good bbad music (pretend i put a link around that) posted a band from norway and i thought i would follow it up with this scorcher. i also got this from gbm. oh yeah if you didn't know this shit is from norway. now i have a shitload of black metal from norway but i had no idea they had a hardcore thing going. but this is amazing. can understand a word of it but fuck if it isn't fucking majical. they also put out some more shit and i found the flexi on mustard relics. but download it from good bad music and love it. and a little news about the blog. i sometimes edit the posts so check back at the old posts sometime. that's about it i guess.

Friday, January 15, 2010

kleenex s/t7

yes! kleenex is a swiss all female punk band. they had to change their name to liliput and got wierd. i love liliput but kleenex man. this shit is so tight. you can find it at good bad music. i love this kind of post punk music. enjoy it.

Thursday, January 14, 2010

cause for alarm s/t 7

thought i reviewed this but a quick check of the blog says no. great new york hardcore. new york had some of the best bands (urban waste agnostic front) in hardcore. i like them way more than black flag and bad brains. anyway this ep is at kbd records and every song is a killer. can't really think of a favorite. so check it out and love it! i know i do.

Tuesday, January 12, 2010

crucial youth straight and loud 7

got an interesting spam email from some bank in africa that doesn't exist. made me laugh. also a bot contacted me and told me i've won a car. i love reading these things. anyway i love this record. a parity of youth of today type bands. fuck these boyscout bands. anyway this band liked making fun of those bands. and people thought they were actually a streightege band. makes me laugh. what we have is a great hc record.go to good bad music and download this. so what should i review next. the hirax demo the first gwar album or the passout kings s/t cd? if you've never of heard any of these bands just pick one. see ya.

Monday, January 11, 2010

white cross s/t 7

yes! white cross! fucking in your face hardcore from virginia. some of the members went on to gwar. you can get this from kbd records. thanks peter. dave brockie from gwar touched on this band and i've been trying to find some stuff by them. it's amazing. check it out the fuck out.

Sunday, January 10, 2010

mdc chicken squawk 7 ep

man i love this record. the first song is a wierd country punk song. i like everything these guys have put out even though i do not agree with this ep. i do eat meat. i'm more of a gg allin than jello biafra and try to stay away from ultrapolitical punk but i can't. none of the songs i write for my future band are about politics most of them are about getting fucked up. but this ep is killer. download this at mustard relics along with another 7 by these guys. mdc rules!

Saturday, January 9, 2010

adrenalin O.D. let's Barbeque 7 ep

this is amazing. aod were always on the sillyer side of things and personally i just love it! the first lp is great too. good hardcore. i found the second aod 7 but it was linked to mediafire and i can't use it. oh well. this ep fucking kills. find it at good bad music and fucking love it. i love hardcore and this is one of the best. oh and on a side note i will be adding labals to posts so if your looking for metal you can find it.

rebel truth ep

well i've heard so much about this. just got it from zach's blog. actually i just went to the page on archive.org and downloded the vbr zip file. that's so much better. anyway this ep kills. thanks so much for this. it is just awesome. a classic. good hardcore punk fast and loud. download it and tell me what you think.

observations

you know when i started blogging in october of 2008 i had no fucking idea what i was doing. i just saw some blogs really liked what they were doing and just decided to do my own thing. but what i didn't realise was how limeting sm was. i mean you had to have an account to reply to someone's post. the fuck? pointless. but i did learn a few lessons from that little site. like don't say anything about someone that you don't want someone to read. thanks justin i'm taking that one to the grave. i deleted that post. someday i'll get it back up with correct spelling. you want to know what i'm fucking talking about? go to mustard relics and read the getting older post. god i was so stupid. anyway i think leaving the sm journal behind was the best thing i could do. i don't know though. i'll get that post right now. edit. tryed to get that post and it wouldn't let me. oh well read the getting older post

Friday, January 8, 2010

bad religion s/t 7

fuck bad religion are gods. i have everything they've put out and i really don't care what the fuck you say about new br because i love it. but anyway onto the ep. it rocks. not the fastest record but fuck it works. i even like drastic actions. i like slow songs too. it's been reissued so go buy that. oh and just to let you know i will be reviewing something i hav heard a lot about but never heard. any guesses? rebel truth. tryed the 7inch punk downloads and they didn't work on my shit cuomputer. so as soon as i get the rebel truth songs i'll go over to my little shit blog and review. i can't wait!

garden weasel without direction 7 ep

why does this not get the respect it deserves? i really don't know. garden weasel was kind of a followup to wd-40 which i think i posted a while ago. noa a very fast record but that's what i like about it. where as wd-40 was pretty much a hardcore band i think gw tryed some different things. not that i know jack shit about this band well i do but only from reading shit by the people in the band. and what a band! everyone in the band is awesome and has been an inspiration to me. i tryed to sing like justin. it didn't work. i can't sing like him. go to mustard relics and get it. and you'll love it. you'll love it damnet!

the lost reviews

as some may know (but most of you don't) my first blog was something called a journal on songmeanings.net. i did a couple reviews on that site. not good ones but still reviews. and because i'm probably banned (you just don't tell people to "eat my fuck!" and be expected to be invited back) if anyone has those reviews/can look on sm for me i would like to add to them then post them. it's a little hard to locate but if you go to the forum page (you may have to click on some threads) my user name was gg allin (pathetic) so you click on that then you click on my journal and send me the reviews i did. and yes i will correct the spelling. oh yeah and visit hardcorepunkreviews.blogspot.com way better then mine is. i mean he has mp3s up. if i wanted too i could link to the zip file on archive.org but i don't want too. oh yeah and i'm out. not out as in giving up but i mean i can't think of anything to review. i haven't even touched on my other musical love heavy fucking metal yet but what would be a good first record? actually i do have a record lined up. in the near future i will be posting my favorite musical recording ever. this has changed the way i listen to music. so i'd like to know anyone who comments hear what is your favorite record?

mainstreme hardcore

ok so i'm really borred and i haven't touched on this very much. i'll never forget when i first heard my first hardcore punk song. it was be all you can be by corrupted morals. i guess it's generic hc but for me it blew me the fuck away. i was 11 years old and i was into green day. i'm never gonna say that again. and someone gave me comp cd when i said that green day was punk (i was 11 people) and he basicly said "you want to know what punk is?" on that cd i think he had mostly bay area bands from the late 80s/early 90s. not the hardest bands but i think he was trying to show me what hc was around green day at that time. after that i trashed all my gd records and completely transformed myself into the hardcore/metal lover i am today. and now every time i hear gd i just think how could i like that band? that day was really a turning point in my life. i discovered hardcore. but i also discovered what the major labals were doing to hardcore/grindcore. i want to touch on grinddcore mostly. again when i discovered grindcore it was in the form of a comp cd with napalm death and anal cunt on it. and it was old anal cunt when they were a noisecore band. just look it up. i was blown away again. how could such ungodly noise come from humans? then i discovered pop grinddcore. you know the kind of shit mtv is slling to you as grindcore. and while i like it somewhat it's just anoying knowing that major labals are fucking with the brutalest musical genre ever created. i don't support the major labals at all. if i want some mainstreem shit i'd rather get it for free. small labals/bamds that's a different story. i always buy reissures (i don't always like them so i download the orijinal for free) but at least i do buy them. that's just me though and maybe i dead wrong and need to be smacked. then again maybe i'm right. i don't know.

Fear - i love livin in the city / now your dead 7

i was reading the flex discography. some reviews are spot on and some make me want to slap the reviewer. oh well nothing i can do. anyway on to the review. this is horible! is what i would say if i was stupid/deff. this is actually quite good. i love livin in the city is one of those songs that is being whored out. just like the dead kennadys. you ever hear a clean version of the song? i have. it's on the single. i guess it's like that so they would get played. whores. i love livin in the city is great! get it from kbd records and drunkinly yell i love livin in the city with me. oh and the b side is awesome. but can anyone tell me where i can find the uncleen version?

right wing punk

i'm having trouble excepting billy milano. what's his deal? is he really that stupid or is the m.o.d album red white and screwed a joke. i agree that this country is going to hell but i don't think it's just because of the liberals. the conservitives are fucking this country up too. but is billy joking or is this for real. i don't get it. good album though but i can't get into it verry much cause of the lyrics. i don't know. it's kind of like agnostic front. oh well.

SS Decontrol-The Kids Will Have Their Say lp

thanks zach for the rips of this. the sound is good. i have been waiting a long ass time for this. thank you so much. what a fantastic lp. or is it a minny lp? i don't care. to to zach's blog to download this. fucking awesome thrashcore. my favorite ssd release. i love it sooooo fucking much.i don't even know what elce to say except check it the fuck out and don't buy power.

gang green you got it lp

this lp is laughable at best. yet another baustin hc band thinking they were gonna make it big. they were even on roadrunner. i think they crossed over before this but this is the first crossover release i have. i'm getting preschool right now but how is that skate to hell 7? basicly this album is a joke. and a bad joke. i think if they went to thrash metal i would think this is good but at least to me they went to a more hard rock thing. horible. buy it if you want.

flag of democracy love songs ep 7

zach just posted this but it's too good for me not too. this is amazing. good production and very jelloish vocals. i didn't believe it until i heard it. get it from kbd records and love it. also i found out some more information on power. the only record that was actually on it fully was get it away which was an ok record. the kids is still the best offisial release these guys did. get it away is good how we rock is ok and brek it up makes me want to.break things. i mean i like crossover thrash but ssd wasn't thrash. it was some bad cock rock metal thing. that's all for now.

ssd power cd

what can you say about this? pile of shit. if your going to rerelease just some tracks from your recording don't bother. i agree that the only tracks that are worth anything are the demo tracks. i kike the kids tracks too but i really want that ep and don't have hundreds of dollars. i bought it put it on my computer played it once broke it and deleted it. don't buy it. demand a propper reissue. ok reviewing done. now it's time for something elce. it's funny how records go for hundreds of dollers now but before they went for 2 dollars? zach brought it up and i've been thinking about it. i just think it's funny how twenty+years ago nobody wanted a hardcore record and now they're collecters idems. one of the reasons i'm thinking of giving my rf7 record away. i played it once to rip it and now it's just sitting gathering dust. i have no use for it. but at least i played it. i know some people who buy the shit and don't do anything with it. i think records were meant to be played.

repulsion horified

one of the very fiew reissues that are good. this was originally a demo that got released as an album that was reissued by relapse. i don't like relapse for joining riaa (fucking assholes) and will not give them my money but this double cd is killer. i think they did it right. the first disk contains the horified lp and the second disk has everything elce they've done. see i like that. i don't like reissues with live tracks or outtakes but if you do it as a discography that's good. speaking of out of print and amazing recordings (which i wasn't but now i am) anyone know where i can find the ss decontroll first ep? erich took down some of the tracks and power doesn't have all the tracks. honestly i bought power listened to it then broke it in half and mailed it back. al if your reading this (which your not) your a fucking idiot for the power cd. i wouldn't mind if they did what relapse did and released a discography but power was just wrong. and did you hear about springa reuniting ssd with different people? that band just seems to get lower and lower on my list. but repulsion can never put a foot wrong. if sugar pie koko was too hardcore for you then so is repulsion. anyway get horified and try not to give relapse anything. i'm sorry but i just can't stand people like that. if they hadn't joined riaa i would have said buy it from relapse but because they did that get it for free somewhere. no love for assholes!

sugar pie koko s/t 7

man i hate these overlapping posts but blogger won't let me post comments. anyway archive.org is a site where i guess you can put shit on it and you can link it to your blog. you don't have to do anything to download the stuff. it's a really good thing. it's where i get my new shit. so look into that. if you can do that zach that would be cool. anyway on to the music. don't let the cute name fool you. it's pretty cool stuff. fast swedish crust. get it from mad blasts of chaos. i love the samples at the beginning of some of the songs. enjoy

50th post!

alright well i got nothin. so let's talk a little more about reissues. and remixing the songs. like zach i got the middle class reissue but i didn't know it had a big 2009 on st. that's bullshit. who was that person on kbd records who said the reissue would as close to the real thing as humanly posible. if it has 2009 on it it's not even close to the real thing. and another thing if you want to put extra tracks put them on another disc. and please don't mess with the sound. i don't like the eat reissue because on the tape tracks (one is missing) it sounds too clean. i have nothing but respect for jello's labal but come on man. i like the gg allin reissues because it basicly sounds like the original thing. in fact some actually have the vinal popping. and for all you mp3 bloggers don't worry about vinal popping or tape his in your rips. to me it makes it sound more original. i'm not telling you what to do i'm just shooting my mouth off. oh have you heard the first megadeth album reissue? it's shit. if you want to remaster the stuff fine but you could also include a disk with an original mix. you know i wanted to start a labal until i heard erich's storys now i don't want anything to do with labals. all my songs when i start a band will be free. i know of some netlabals that link to archive.org. god i don't know what i'm talking about. you know if you have anything to send me ellindamood@gmail.com. and if your in a band don't link to myspace. my computer won't play music on myspace. so just send the ep/demo/album to me. man this is one boring 50th post. see ya.

death piggy love war 7 ep

so i woke up about an hour ago and i said "you have to post some metal." but i couldn't find anything i wanted to post right now. finally i was listening to death piggy and i started writing this. no it's not metal. it's some wierd sillycore thing. this was gwar before gwar. i am a huge bohab (gwar fan) so when i saw this in 2006 on kbd records (i did a search for death piggy and that's what came up) i was overjoyed. my happyness turned to disapointment well kind of when i saw he only posted two tracks off the eight song ep. oh well at leaast it's something. about three years later i was looking through the comments of that post and i saw some guy named justin said that he posted the whole ep at his blog. well i just followed that link and it took me to mustard relics. and i stayed. so thanks peter and justin. great silly punk two tracks are hc and the rest are some wierd thing. dave brockie was the singer. you might know him better as oderus from gwar. great music. it was reissued along with the other two eps on a cd called smile or die. it's really hard to find and if you do find a coppy i order you to tell me so i get it before you! find at mustard relics and check out some other stuff he's got on that site. and give me ideas for the 50th post. oh yeah and if you want me to talk about an album tell me. i'm dry. i have some pending reviews but i need some more. someday i'll review the first minutemen 7 along with the other stuff on zach's blog that i like. i'm not doing it just because it's on his site it was gonna get done anyway. but for now http://hardcorepunkreviews.blogspot.com. btw do you know how hard it is to enter my url into the website field on those other blogs? gbm i can't even do it thhough erich finally found me. anyway send me your comments and complaints and i'll pretend i give a fuck.

50th post.coming soon!

i want to do something special for the 50th post. any ideas? i'm open for anything. and.yeah if you have a band and want people to hear it don't send it to me. but if you have a band and you want to be reviewed send it to ellindamood@gmail.com. or if you just want to say hi. or you can send death threats honestly i'll take anything. have you guys heard of satanic threat? it's minor threat song that have been changed to have satanic meanings. for example guilty of being white becomes guilty of hating christ. ok not that funny. fuck i'm sleepy. also drunk. one shouldn't post while drunk. i love vacation because i pass out around 4 and wake up around 12. yes i'm a kid. actually my biggest wish would not be to get vision because i've never had it. it's kind of like why would i want something that would make my life wierd. think of all i would have to relearn. reading and writing and stuff like that. anyway my biggest wish is to be pushed back to the early 80s. then all my music wouldn't be on reissue or out of print. fuck i hate reissues sooooooo much. word of advice. if your going to reissue something don't fucking change it please? but then again i wouldn't have access to all the great bands from that time that i can get now because of the blogs. um.if that sentence made any sence at all good. fuck i'm out of it. getting back to what i was saying have you gone and seen an old band that formed 20+years ago and still puts out some good stuff? i did four times. the bands were cannibal corpse slayer d.o.a and nofx (i know i'm a poser.) the bands were good but i kept thinking how great it would be to see these bands in the 80s. i know of good hardcore (once again i like anything heavy) and metal but the best was in the 80s i think. actually i was reading zach's new punk sucks post and it got me thinking. like i said i do like some poppy punk but i have for you a list of new bands i like. yes some of these bands could be called trendy or whatever. i don't really care. a global threat blunt the unseen static thought nobody good bullet brains society's parasites. check that last band out. i'm gonna do something and.50th post! what should i do.

infest slave 12

fuck yeah! i love infest! i think it was released on off the disk records. i love the otd releses. and the owner is a really nice guy. you know who i'm talking about. it's on mustard relics. i think he got the thing from a bootleg but it's still good sound. oh and zach you can also get the absurd 7 from good bad music as well as kbd records. i got it from gbm. but the infest mlp is a must have. check it out and check out mustard relics. and yeah tell me what you think.

fear of god

finally. i've been waiting to do this one. i'm reviewing a band instead of an album because i have a discography and have no idea which ep is which. any guesses who the vocalest is? it erich good bad music! i've always liked grindcore and i guess that's what fog is. personally i really saw them as a really fast hardcore band but no it's grindcore. erich's voice. if you don't love it i think you have no brain. one of my top five bands of all time. everything is right fast and short songs a drummer who knows how to play fast and an evil guitar. you can get some stuff at good bad music or mustard relics or i think you can find something on mediafire that has a lot of stuff. i needed someone to help me with that but i got it. actually what are some good blogs with direct links to the songs? i've tryed some old ones like dressed for the h bomb but the links are all dead. it's a shame because i liked some stuff he had. anyway check out fear of god if you need something to scare your neighbors with.

suburban mutilation- the opera ain't over til the fat lady sings lp

i'm posting like a machine? does not compute. anyway was looking through the archives of one of my favorite blogs good bad music and i saw something funny from 2006. erich's note about mp3s. i both agree and disagree with him. it's pretty moot now cause he's posting the full records but it's my fuckin blog. on one hand i can agree that you should buy the record if you can on cd or vinal. but i also understand that not everyone can aford to shell out hundreds of dollars for a record. this guy named steve said "remember when punks were punks and bought music?" yeah remember when punks were ritch and could speen 300 dollars on a 7 inch? yeah i don't either. plus some of us don't have a turntable because it broke when i was trying to rip a record and we can't aford a new one. oh and erich (who is a super nice guy) found out i have the first rf7 ep and wants it. what do i do? i kinda want to give it to him but then again it's a rare record. so.yeah what do i do. edit. oa i'll see what i can do erich about it. it's already ripped so i think i'll put it on ebay or something or i'll get in touch. editing done. anyway on to the review. this lp is a monster. feedback and distortion all over. i love it. i got it from gbm and i doubt this thing has been reissued because it's such an unknown record. i actually don't have too much to say that erich hasn't already said. just go over to gbm and read it. then download it and tell me what you think. and once again just because i don't reply to comments doesn't mean i don't read them. just look on the next post for an answer to your comment.

SFA new york ep 7

yes zach i need some help with the anticop comp. oh and i laughed at the comment you made on your adrinelin o.d post. yes i fucked up on the url. it's actually too long for me to post on gbm. don't worry this string of posts will stop soon. anyway onto the music. this is the first ep by sfa. the quality is shit but that's the way it has to be. i don't know what elce to say about it. get it at punk obituary and love it. and zach where can i get the absurd ep? and does anyone know where i can get a coppy of the quagmire cd by grimace? would love to have that.

d.r.i full speed ahead lp

alright i know i just did a blog post but i was listening to my collection of albums and full speed ahead came on. well after about 10 minutes of air drumming and dancing around my room (yes i am an idiot) i just thought i'd write a review. see i've always been a metalhead at heart though i'm a little more awhere than your avrage dumb metalhead. think of me as a more extreme version of erich good bad music. no i'm joking. but anyway when i was seven i heard metallica for the first time. it was one of the songs on the black album and i was hooked. i like pretty much anything heavy but the more orijinal underground stuff is higher up than the horible nu metal and metalcore stuff i have. i also like some pop punk but not green day. but hey who cares. i can like what i want. i'm not really punk. i mean i am i guess but i don't call myself punk because i hate labals. my mind is open to a lot of music. anyway this is the best metal dri album yet. it's actually the last dri album. i like all the albums i've heard from them but this is the best crossover album they did. i like the good double kick drummeing the singer still sounds like it's 1982 and he's singing busted or something. they even do another version of who am i. i like the dirty rottin ep versiong a little better but whatever. i was checking out the flex discography (which is way wrong some times) and it said that you couldn't hear hardcore in the sound anymore. really? maybe so but i can tell they were at least influenced by hardcore. pretty good album but i have to say one more thing. people bitch about a band going crossover. well here's my take. as bands get better musicly they don't want to play the same 1/2 fuck you hardcore thing all the time. i know it's a letdown but you have to understand. after all if you could play good and did the hardcore thing wouldn't you want to change a little? this album still has some good points in the lyrics. and to everyone who call dri posers. you are the poser. then again maybe i'm just a poser. oh fuck it we're all posers! anyway buy the cd and enjoy. or don't enjoy it if you don't like metal. but i think i made some good points on this post you just have to decode what i'm saying. just hit your head five times and you'll be as stupid as me. i'm actually better at talking than typing. ok that's enough for now.

raped teenagers jag gillar blommor ... 7 ep

well i've decided to put together a comp of anticop songs. i don't care if it's punk hc or metal or whatever. just no rap. anyway i love this one. great swedish hardcore. i can't spell the title for shit (got it now.) i didn't even know i was going to do this one. first i wanted to do slum with a view from capital punishment then i thought about the first ssd ep and finally i settled on this. like i said great hc with a fantastic drummer. if you didn't know peter from kbd records is the drummer. actually you can find it at good bad music. and what's with the stuffed bear in the pictures i keep reading about. 14 tracks and all of them are good. i also have a promo thing from them. who said violens aren't hardcore. i can't understand what they're saying but i read some english translations. your on your own with the title. and have you ever noticed that sweden has some of the best punk/hc? okay i'm babbling. i'm gonna go. and zach where can i find the absurd ep? i yould really like to know.

ssd how we rock ep

another overlapping post where i answer comments in the last post. the reason i can't do mediafire is because i need a special computer. why? well it's very simple. i'm blind. been blind all my life. i use a computer that has a braille keyboard and text to speech. if you're shocked don't be it's the internet. i can use 4shared but that's about it. anyway i think that was all i wanted to say. on to the music. i usually like this kind of punk metal crossbreeding. not the case. i don't like ac/dc and that's the kind of metal they were trying to do i think not thrash metal. and then.the voice. i like his voice when he's screeming about shit in a hardcore band but this is too much. i think the only song i like is words that kill. and this is nothing compared to what the band would become. i actually like the metal record a little more than this because springa wasn't yelling. i usually love metal (thanks zach will check out that necros album) but i don't like this. get it from gbm but be warned. it's okay i guess. i also usually like solos but i don't like this. i don't even know what it is. it's just not my thing. oh well.

gang green sold out ep

well blogger has decided to not let me post comments. i do read each one. i have too i made it so where i have to. anyway before i get to reviewing this i would like to say a few things i need to say. yes i love the wasted youth lp. it really is amazing. second i bet punk not proffet is good but i can't use it because my computer doesn't work with mediafire/rapidshare/whateverthefuck. and 7inch punk is okay but a lot of the files don't work. my computer thinks the files are .com files and when i change it to .mp3 it won't play the files. and yes my blog has gottin better. anyway on to the music. this was my introduction to gang green. very short but still a good ep. actually i haven't heard the dub song yet but the other two tracks are amazing. this is before they went metal and according to some sold out. get it? okay not really that funny. oh well i tryed. anyway get it from killed by death records and tell me what you think.

s.o.b don't be swindel lp

okay so i was going to do the wasted youth lp today. but zach did it and i thought i would do it in about three months but i don't want to step on anyone's tows. so it s.o.b. if you wonder why i don't post a tracklist and reviews on each song it's very simple. i can't spell for shit and i'm too lasy. anyway on to the music. good fast japanese grind punk. kinda reminds me of siege only better. good grindcore. this has probably been reissued but you can pick this up at http://www.madblastsofchaos.blogspot.com along with a shitload more. actually go to gbm for the leave me alone 7. the 12 version is good but i like the orijinal sound better. so i'll do wasted youth later. so enjoy the record.

wd-40 demonumberone

it's new years and i'm ehem slightly impaired. i was going to do a rant about capitalism but i didn't because so many people would call me a poser. fuck it i don't care i don't like capitalism. it's just not for me. but onto the music. great hardcore from 1990. two singers man. justin of mustard relics is one of them. so yeah you can find it at http://www.mustardrelics.com. from what i gather all the guys in the band are really nice dudes. you it's really wierd having a little conversation with brian the bassest and then i listen to him play on the tape. they've never recorded anything else. get it and tell how much you love it and love me! you love me damnet! i think you'll really like it man.

happy new year!

it's 2010 now. big deal. i've got better things on my mind then this. anyway 2010 is here so.yeah. i'm working on my next review.
